Melody Yang
Student and Marketing Support Officer
Melody Yang works in marketing and student support in Lincoln Institute of Higher Education, with a strong focus on student engagement, communication, and recruitment. She is completing her master’s degree in journalism and communication at the University of New South Wales and has experience supporting student enrolment processes, liaising with education agents, and coordinating marketing initiatives for LIHE. Melody has previously worked in digital media roles with leading organisations such as Tencent and NetEase, bringing strong content, communication, and data analysis skills to her work. She is passionate about enhancing student experience through clear communication, effective marketing, and collaborative support. Outside of work, Melody enjoys skiing and travelling, with a particular interest in exploring new cultures and destinations, which reflects her global outlook and curiosity.
