Academic Administration Coordinator

Monir Hussain is an experienced higher education and marketing professional with over a decade of experience across Australian universities, private higher education providers, and international education organisations. He has extensive expertise in student services, academic administration, compliance, and marketing, supporting the full student lifecycle from recruitment through to graduation.

Monir has held a range of roles including Marketing Manager, Student Services Officer, Academic Administrator, and Social Media Specialist. Across these roles, he has led student recruitment and digital marketing campaigns, supported academic and compliance operations, coordinated assessments and student services, and worked closely with academic and professional staff to enhance the student experience. He is known for his strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and collaborative approach.

Monir holds a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Marketing). Outside of work, he enjoys gardening and photography.

Mr. Shannon Walker

Educational Designer

Shannon Walker is an Educational Designer at Lincoln Institute of Higher Education in Sydney, where he works closely with academic staff to design high-quality, learner-centred curriculum and learning experiences. His role focuses on course development, assessment design, and the thoughtful integration of learning technologies to support student engagement and success.

With experience across higher education and digital learning environments, Shannon brings a practical, evidence-based approach to educational design. He is particularly interested in creating clear, accessible learning pathways that support diverse student cohorts while maintaining strong academic standards.

Outside of work, Shannon is a parent to two young children and trains and competes with a nationally ranked Chinese dragon boat team, an experience that reinforces his appreciation for teamwork, discipline, and continuous improvement.

Ms. Dibyasree Ghosh is a highly skilled Academic Coordinator and Executive Assistant with experience in supporting academic leadership and enhancing institutional operations within the education sector. Her expertise includes coordinating academic and administrative activities, managing executive schedules, organizing meetings and institutional events, and facilitating effective communication across departments to ensure smooth operational workflow.

She is recognized for her strong organizational skills, proactive approach, and exceptional attention to detail. Proficient in handling official correspondence, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining confidential records with professionalism and discretion, Dibyasree efficiently manages multiple responsibilities while contributing to operational excellence and the overall development of the institution.
