Our Student Experience and Support team is available with relevant information, flyers, posters and contact numbers to help or direct you to the appropriate area for help and advice on our range of services:

  • Counselling support (via external provider)
  • Accommodation providers and transport services related information
  • Free Wi-Fi on campus
  • Free access to E library with thousands of books, journals and publications relevant to the courses
  • A safe and secure campus with campus under cc camera monitoring at all times
  • Improving your English or entry course standards with additional English coaching services
  • Arranging an appointment with any of our academic staff members
  • Subsidised printing and photocopying
  • Sporting, recreational and wellbeing facilities nearby
  • Fully air-conditioned and acoustically designed classrooms with the latest technology including audio and video presentation facilities
  • Ergonomically designed tables and chairs
  • Free access to all the computer software required for the courses offered via virtual machines
  • Information and contacts provided for local medical, emergency, police and other services
  • Support for all ethnic and cultural mentoring by providing information for relevant community groups
