Dr Amiya Bhaumik
Dr. Amiya Bhaumik is the CEO, Director, and Board Member of the Lincoln Institute of Higher Education in Sydney, Australia, and a globally recognized leader in higher education. With a Ph.D. and multiple advanced degrees across biology, psychology, culture, and international management, Dr. Bhaumik brings decades of experience in academic leadership, policy development, and international collaboration. He is the Founding President and former Vice Chancellor of Lincoln University College, Malaysia, which offers over 160 programs in more than 30 countries. Dr. Bhaumik has worked with numerous international universities and previously served as Director of International Affairs at Ottawa University (USA). Since 2022, he has also served as Mayor of the City of Akko in Gombe, Africa. Dr. Bhaumik has travelled to over 120 countries advancing global education and has been honored with the Bintang Cemerlang Melaka (B.C.M.) by the Government of Malaysia. He has authored over 200 research publications, edited volumes with major academic publishers, and serves as Editor-in-Chief for several journals in Malaysia and Australia. Guided by the philosophy that “Work is Worship,” Dr. Bhaumik is committed to expanding access to transformative education worldwide.

Professor Mahfuz Ashraf
Dr. Mahfuz Ashraf is a highly accomplished academic and leader in the fields of Business, Information Systems, and Information Technology. With over 20 years of experience in academia, he has established himself as a respected scholar and influencer in the educational sector. His expertise has been instrumental in providing high-level input and commentary on major educational and strategic issues, as well as formulating and revising academic policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure the quality of teaching and scholarly activity.
Dr. Mahfuz is a prolific author with over 50 publications in top-tier academic journals and conference proceedings that have been cited over 700 times. He has also secured several research grants for conducting cutting-edge research in the areas of information systems, health leadership, social entrepreneurship, and ICT for development. He has supervised more than 40 research students at both doctoral and master's level who have gone on to successful careers in academia, industry, and government.
Dr. Mahfuz holds a doctorate degree in computing from the University of South Australia; a masters degree in information systems management from the London South Bank University; a bachelor degree in business administration (marketing) from the University of Dhaka; and a Graduate Certificate in University Learning and Teaching from the University of New South Wales. Currently, Dr. Mahfuz is the Dean and Professor of the Lincoln Institute of Higher Education, Sydney, Australia - a not-for-profit institution associated with Vedanta Centre of Sydney and Lincoln University College Malaysia - where he continues to inspire and lead the academic community towards excellence and innovation.

Shiva Kumar Martineni
Shiva is an accomplished Compliance and Regulatory Manager with extensive expertise in higher education administration and regulatory compliance. In his current role, he ensures adherence to regulatory standards while providing key support to the Registrar’s office in daily operations.
Shiva holds a Master of Information Technology Management and a Bachelor of Information Technology. He is highly experienced in Higher Education Administration, Student Services, Campus Operations, Compliance and Reporting, consistently driving excellence across all facets of institutional management.
Beyond his professional commitments, Shiva actively contributes to the community as a volunteer for the SES and has a passion for gardening and travelling in his free time.
