His career began in the facilities management industry, where he developed a strong work ethic and keen attention to detail.

Since 2013, he has worked in the education sector in an IT support capacity, providing reliable technical assistance and end-user support. His strong communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships have made him a trusted bridge between technical teams and users.

Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven, he thrives in collaborative environments and is committed to continually expanding his skills while contributing to organisational success.

Ms. Janvi Ailani

Student Support Manager

Janvi Pawan Ailani is a dedicated higher education professional with strong experience in student support, engagement, and compliance across the Australian Higher Education and VET sectors. She specializes in supporting domestic and international students throughout their academic journey, with a focus on wellbeing, retention, and positive student experiences.

As Student Support Manager at Lincoln Institute of Higher Education, Janvi leads student support services, providing academic, administrative, and personal guidance to students. She oversees admissions, enrollments, orientation and works closely with the academic team to ensure students feel supported, informed, and confident in their studies.

Janvi brings a compassionate, student-centred approach, supported by postgraduate qualifications in Management and Marketing and a strong commitment to regulatory compliance and student success.

Mr. Monir Hossain

Academic Administration Coordinator

Monir Hussain is an experienced higher education and marketing professional with over a decade of experience across Australian universities, private higher education providers, and international education organisations. He has extensive expertise in student services, academic administration, compliance, and marketing, supporting the full student lifecycle from recruitment through to graduation.

Monir has held a range of roles including Marketing Manager, Student Services Officer, Academic Administrator, and Social Media Specialist. Across these roles, he has led student recruitment and digital marketing campaigns, supported academic and compliance operations, coordinated assessments and student services, and worked closely with academic and professional staff to enhance the student experience. He is known for his strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and collaborative approach.

Monir holds a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Marketing). Outside of work, he enjoys gardening and photography.

Melody Yang

Student and Marketing Support Officer

Melody Yang works in marketing and student support in Lincoln Institute of Higher Education, with a strong focus on student engagement, communication, and recruitment. She is completing her master’s degree in journalism and communication at the University of New South Wales and has experience supporting student enrolment processes, liaising with education agents, and coordinating marketing initiatives for LIHE. Melody has previously worked in digital media roles with leading organisations such as Tencent and NetEase, bringing strong content, communication, and data analysis skills to her work. She is passionate about enhancing student experience through clear communication, effective marketing, and collaborative support. Outside of work, Melody enjoys skiing and travelling, with a particular interest in exploring new cultures and destinations, which reflects her global outlook and curiosity.

Shyam Bhat

Admin Support Officer

Shyam Bhat works in administration and student support at Lincoln Institute of Higher Education, bringing over 12 years of experience in human resources, administration, and stakeholder coordination. Shyam plays a key role in ensuring smooth communication between students, academic staff, and administrative teams, contributing to an efficient and student-centered learning environment.

With a strong background in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and policy implementation, Shyam has worked across diverse sectors including higher education, manufacturing, and recruitment in Australia, Nepal, and India. His experience supporting large and diverse workforces has strengthened his ability to manage complex processes with accuracy, confidentiality, and care. Shyam is known for his collaborative approach, strong organizational skills, and commitment to supporting both students and staff through clear communication, compliance-driven practices, and continuous improvement. In his free time, Shyam loves to unwind by cooking delicious meals, immersing himself in music, and watching movies.
