Venu is the Head of Marketing and Admissions at Lincoln Institute of Higher Education, Sydney, where he leads student recruitment, manages admissions workflows, and oversees both onshore and offshore operations.
With over a decade of experience in international education and migration services, Venu has developed strong expertise in agent engagement, marketing coordination, and ensuring compliance with sector standards. He works closely with academic teams, agents, and compliance staff to support students throughout their admissions journey.
Venu holds a bachelor’s degree in information systems, which supports his data-informed approach to marketing and operational planning. His leadership style combines practical problem-solving with a collaborative mindset.

Dr. Hema Malichah
Lecturer and Academic Learning Support Manager
Dr. Hema Malichah Govindarajan is a Lecturer and the Academic Learning Support Manager at Lincoln Institute of Higher Education, bringing over 12 years of teaching experience in higher education. She holds a BA, MA, M.Phil, and PhD in English, and has contributed extensively to teaching, research, and curriculum development across a wide range of subjects.
Her expertise spans literary theories including Deconstruction, Avant-Gardism, Cultivation Theory, Simulacrum, Reader Response Theory, and Diaspora Studies. She also has strong academic interests in ESL, Business English, Linguistics, Soft Skills, Journalism, Media Studies, Literary Criticism, Research Methodology, and Academic Literacy.
Her doctoral thesis received high commendation, and she was awarded a Gold Medal for academic excellence during her postgraduate studies.
She has supervised postgraduate research, presented and published widely, and served as a keynote speaker, moderator, and panelist at international conferences.
Outside of academia, she enjoys reading, doodling, photography, and kayaking. Passionate about student development, she is dedicated to fostering a love of reading and reviving a vibrant reading culture among young adults.
Saif Uddin Ahmed
Academic Experience Manager
Saif is the Academic Experience Manager at Lincoln Institue of Higher Education, with over 15 years of experience, including extensive work in higher education, Saif has contributed to a range of student-focused initiatives, including academic support services, student engagement programs, and institutional operations.
His expertise lies in building inclusive and supportive campus environments that enhance student wellbeing and success.
Saif holds a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Western Sydney and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from North South University.
Throughout his career, he has worked across educational and professional sectors, bringing a student-centred approach to administrative leadership and student services.
Outside of his professional role, Saif enjoys community engagement, staying informed about developments in education, and exploring ways to support student growth and resilience. He is passionate about creating enriching student experiences and fostering a strong sense of community on campus
Timothy Davey
Human Resources Officer
Tim is a Marketing and Human Resources professional with over three years of experience across the education, non-profit, and consumer health sectors.
Since 2024, he has served as an HR Officer at Lincoln Institute of Higher Education, where he manages recruitment, staff training, and student support services. Prior to this, he worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Raise Foundation, promoting youth mentoring programs and improving school engagement.
Currently pursuing a Master of Psychotherapy and Counselling at Western Sydney University, Tim also holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Human Resource Management. His unique blend of marketing expertise and growing knowledge in mental health underscores his passion for creating inclusive, engaging, and supportive workplace environments.
Laxmi Prasad Shrestha
IT Support
Laxmin is a profeesional IT Support with over a decade of experience spanning the technology and facilities management sectors. He has a strong background in troubleshooting, technical support, and customer service, with a proven ability to resolve system issues and maintain the smooth operation of IT infrastructure.
His career began in the facilities management industry, where he developed a strong work ethic and keen attention to detail.
Since 2013, he has worked in the education sector in an IT support capacity, providing reliable technical assistance and end-user support. His strong communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships have made him a trusted bridge between technical teams and users.
