Mr Dipendra Panta is an experienced accountant with comprehensive expertise in the Australian Income Taxation system, specialising in individual and company income tax matters. He is highly confident in managing a wide range of accounting and taxation requirements with accuracy and professionalism.
Mr Panta is a qualified member of CPA Australia and a Chartered Accountant (India), with strong professional experience in internal audit within the banking sector and audit management in a chartered accounting firm. He brings extensive exposure to internal audit, external audit, tax audit, process reviews, business process modelling, and enterprise risk assessments, supported by over seven years of combined advisory and professional training experience.
He has successfully serviced a diverse client portfolio across manufacturing, infrastructure, energy, FMCG, retail, banking and insurance, information technology, and the not-for-profit sector.

Prof. Andrew Levula is the IT Program Director at Excelsia College, providing academic leadership in alignment with the institution’s strategic vision. With over a decade of experience spanning project management, information and communication technology, development economics, and academia, he holds a PhD in Engineering and IT from the University of Sydney.
Prof. Levula has led the development of innovative IT programs, including the Bachelor and Master of Information Technology, and has extensive experience engaging with stakeholders, managing resources, and guiding institutional strategy. His research expertise encompasses quantitative analytics, statistical modelling, complexity science, and network theory, with published work on social systems and knowledge-intensive workforces.
Passionate about the ICT revolution and sustainable development, Prof. Levula also contributes to health research, risk and disaster management, and capacity-building initiatives, having delivered workshops on e-governance, financial inclusion, and women’s empowerment across organisations and higher education institutions.
